Step 1 In a medium bowl, combine seasoning mix, mayo, sour cream and lime juice. Mix well and set aside. Step 2 In a large bowl, combine pasta cooked to al dente (bring to room temperature first), black beans, corn, tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Add seasoned mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Instructions. Cook ground beef over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and cook through until meat is done. Drain and place in a bowl so meat can completely cool. In another bowl, add ranch packet, mayonnaise, sour cream and pasta together. Mix thoroughly. Add all other ingredients except cilantro and Doritos.

Drain excess oil, if any, then add onion and taco seasoning. Cover and cook over low heat until onions are soft; let cool. In a large bowl, combine the taco meat, pasta, tomatoes, cheese and beans. Stir well to combine then toss with dressing. Cover and chill until ready to serve.


Sauce: in a bowl mix the ranch dressing, taco seasoning mix, Italian, jalapenos. Mix thourghly. I sprinkle the chipotle seasoning to taste. pour sauce over the pasta bowl, add the cheese to your liking and stir till well coated. Chill for 1 hour -- although this is better the more it ages so can be made a day or two ahead.


Add water and taco spice and stir, then cook and stir for five minutes over medium heat. Cook pasta per box directions, then drain. If serving warm, combine hot cooked pasta with hot cooked taco meat and toss. Then add tomatoes, both cheese types, onion, pepper, beans, jalapeno slices and cilantro and toss to combine.
